• Job Description : 
1) 8 years+ experience in 
a) SQL Server, including SSRS, SSAS, SSIS. 
b) Windows operating system
c) Active Directory
d) Networking
e) Storage (SAN), desirable EMC
f) Virtualization, desirable vmWare vSphere
2) must have should knowledge and experience in SQL Server 2012 and high availability 
3) Development background as scripting is required. Essential is ability to write efficient:
a) PowerShell, 
b) T-SQL scripting
c) SMO
d) Integration Services
4) Active/Active and Disaster Recovery solutions
5) sound knowledge and experience in:
a) upgrading from SQL Server 2000+ to SQL Server 2012
b) consolidation of SQL Server databases on virtualized platforms
c) performance tuning of SQL Server databases
d) troubleshooting infrastructure and SQL Server issues
e) capacity and performance management at various levels:
i) virtualized layer (e.g. vSphere)
ii) operating system
iii) SQL Server level
